1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These conditions govern the booking of accommodation at HOTEL FLOR PARKS through its website or booking engine.

By making a reservation, the user fully accepts these conditions.



2. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 12:00 PM



3. PRICES AND TAXES

The prices shown include the applicable VAT.

The city tax is not part of the room rate but is included in the total booking amount and is displayed during the reservation process.

This tax is applied in accordance with current regulations and is not considered part of the room rate for cancellation purposes.



4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the booking engine.

Depending on the selected rate:

  • Flexible rate: the total amount of the stay will be charged 2 days prior to arrival.
  • Non-refundable rate: the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

The reservation is only considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been successfully processed.
If the payment cannot be completed, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.



5. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the selected rate:

  • Flexible rate: free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 2 days prior to arrival.
    After this period, the total amount of the stay will be charged and no changes or refunds will be accepted.
  • Non-refundable rate: no changes or cancellations are allowed. The total amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.



6. NO-SHOW

In case of no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled date), the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay, regardless of the selected rate.



7. HOTEL POLICIES

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Guests must use the facilities appropriately and respect hotel rules.



8. LIABILITY

HOTEL FLOR PARKS shall not be held responsible for any interruptions or failures in service due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues or force majeure.



9. APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
